Photo Editing Course

I have just created the best photo editing course on the internet today. I felt the need to do this after doing hundreds of workshops around the world and listening to my student’s needs and struggles.

Photo editing can be a challenge, I know that first hand. When I first started editing I had no idea what I was doing. All the editing programs I was using were very confusing and I was completely overwhelmed and lost.

Let me take you back to the beginning. Every time I would go out to take photos I would come back and not have a clue as to what to do with them. I would upload them into Lightroom and I was completely overwhelmed with all the sliders.

I would spend hours behind the computer only to find my self frustrated because my images just didn’t look right. Some looked dull and crappy and some just overdone.

Fast forward 10 years. It took me a long time, but I finally arrived. Once my editing was on point, I started attracting the right clients, such as Nikon, National Geographic, Corona, and Volvo just to name a few.

Photo Editing Course, photography editing classes

In this course, I cover a wide range of photography genres. From portraiture to landscape photography and everything in between. I believe it’s important to be a well-rounded photographer and editor, this way you attract high paying clients.

Miami Timelapse From the Beach to The City

This Miami Timelapse is short and fast. Miami, there is no other place in the world like it. They call it the magic city for a reason. Its full of life, full of energy, alive 24 hours a day. The weather is just right all year. We have a few months of extreme heat but the rest of the year is perfect.

I have been photographing Miami for a long time. I also have lots of video and timelapse from Miami. Here is a short Miami timelapse I put together from some old clips I had in one of my hard drives.

I cover Miami and Miami Beach in this Timelapse. I wanted to make it as energetic as Miami is. If you have ever been here, you know the energy has is something else. In this fast-paced city, there is no time to sleep.

From the sunrise to the sunset to the streets, this 30-second clip gives you a glimpse of what Miami is all about.  I used a Nikon D810 to shoot most of this timelapse and I put it all together in Final Cut X.

Miami Timelapse

I love shooting timelapse, its fun especially when you are at an epic location. Miami is one of those places, everywhere you look is a beautiful photograph. When shooting timelapse you always have time to sit back and enjoy the scenery.

How to Install Lightroom Presets in Lightroom and Lightroom CC

How to install Lightroom Presets. In this video, I will teach you how you can install Lightroom Presets in your old Lightroom and in Lightroom CC. People often ask me if they switch to Lightroom CC can they move their presets over, and the answer is YES. You can install old presets, new presets and any kind of prests in Lightroom CC. The beautiful thing about Adobe Lightroom is that they are always updating their software. However, they always think of us and of all the tools we use.

Ever since I have been using Lightroom Presets, I have never had an issue with installing them in their software. With the update to Lightroom CC, it is no different. The ease of use of Adobe Lightroom and the ease of installing the Lightroom Presets make it a no-brainer for me.

How to Install Lightroom Presets

In this video, I will show you how you can do this very easily. The Presets I use in the video are my DJI Aerial Presets. In the second video, I will show you how to install Lightroom presets in any other Lightroom you might have. You can download more of my Lightroom Presets here

How to save a high res still frame from Final Cut

In this video, I show you how you can save a full resolution still frame form Final Cut Pro. Have you ever shot a video and really liked how one particular frame looked. Instead of taking a screenshot, there is a way to export the high-resolution still image from Final Cut. It is actually not complicated tp do.

Check out the video below and see how you can easily do this. After exporting this particular frame, I brought it into Lightroom and edited the photo. It actually works really good.

South Beach Santa

The other day I purchased an awesome Santa costume. I have always wanted to do a video of Santa Clause in South Beach. Miami Beach is hot year-round, so Christmas doesn’t really feel like Christmas. I thought what a better way to get into the Christmas spirit.

I called up my friend Luciano and off we went to shoot in South Beach. The rest is history. Below is the final video we made. I hope it brings a smile to your face. We had a blast making it.  I will have a making off in a few days. Don’t forget to leave me a comment below or in the video and please subscribe to my channel. The video was shot on my Go Pro Hero 5 and my Sony 6500 on a Zhiyun Crane-M.

Merry Christmas everyone.  Enjoy.

St. Petersburg Aerial Video

Here is some aerial footage from my weekends trip to St. Petersburg. I love going to the West Coast of Florida, there is something about it. It’s chill, and the vibe is so good.

It reminds me a bit California and I try to go as much as possible. It’s a short drive and an awesome adventure. It’s a mini vacation if you will.

I stayed on the beach, and when I woke up I wanted to fly the Mavic Pro, so I sat in front of my room, enjoyed the morning breeze, got flying and got some cool aerials.
