Sunrise Equinox Deering Estate

Here is the Equinox at Deering Estate here in Miami. This place is cool to shoot, the have this palm tree formation around the place that makes for great photos. I have been here twice now and am I’m still to see any clouds. I do like this shot, with or without clouds the blues pop really good.

I’m not sure when I will be coming back to this place, but I am determined to getting a shot of it with some insane clouds…

Any Given Day

I love Miami because every day is an awesome day to be outside. No matter what day of the year it is, too hot, a bit windy, rainy, they are all good days to be outside doing something fun.

I was watching the sunset taking some photos with my DJI when I pointed it down and this people where just having out having a grand time. It made me realize how lucky I am to live in such a beautiful place.

Brickell Key Miami Florida

This is Brickell Key in Miami Florida, it’s a private small island that has some stunning views. This place is really cool to shoot from, if you are in Miami this place is a must. This particular shots are from the air, I clearly remember this day, it was gloomy but since there was not any direct sunlight it made for a great shooting day.

I really like the overhead views, it shows a different perspective and it just looks cool.

Miami Beach Aerial Pictures

Here are some aerial photos from the weekend. I shot this on my DJI Phantom 3. I love this drone, it shoot well on low lighting situation and the images are nice and large. It has been windy here but I still managed a few good flights. I made a video to show you how you can get some great drone shots as well. Scroll to the bottom to watch. People often ask me what filters I use on my drone, here is a link to the kit I have.

Cargo Ship Coming Into Port

Here is a massive cargo ship coming into the Miami Port. Every time I see one of this things come in I wonther 2 things. 1. How do this things stay a float?!?!? 2. How much drugs do you think are hidden in there?!?!?!?! Craziness. I shot this with my DJI Phantom. I love flying out in the ocean, the water color is so nice and you can see how the color changes as the water gets deeper.
