Epic sunrise by the rocks

This one is from Saturday morning from one of my Sunrise Workshops. The sunrise was epic, and the sky was on fire. The rocks were starting to get covered with water as the tide was rising quickly. I managed to get my camera completely drenched, and then tipped it over after to finish off the morning. Luckily nothing happened to it. I brought it home, cleaned it up and it is good to go.

Brewing The Perfect Storm

Here are some photos I shot yesterday from my Drone. There was a crazy black cloud blanketing Miami, it looked like the sky was going to fall down. I was actually driving to an appointment and remembered that I had my drone in my car. I found a place to pull over and fly, unfortunately it did not last long, it started pouring about 3 minutes later.

I still managed to get a couple decent shots. Hurricane season is the best time to shoot in Florida, the weather is just insane and the clouds look really cool.

Miami Beach on a dark rainy day

I shot this pictures on a crazy weird but beautiful morning in Miami Beach. It was dark and gloomy out but yet beautiful. The sunrise it self was incredible and everything came together just right. I kept seeing great compositions as I kept walking, I was trigger happy to say the least. You know when you are having such a good shoot that you just can’t stop? That was me on this glorious morning.

Looking into the future

I shot this photo a few weeks ago, this model was actually posting for another photographer that was at doing a shoot with her at the beach. I love how she looks so natural just looking into the water, I used the boat in the composition to add a point of interest as opposed just the beautiful model. I also love the color of the water and the contrast of the colors.

BAP Union Night Pictures

Yesterday I posted my aerial photos of the BAP Union ship, they are super cool, but these are my favorite. I love shit shots, I had to go around to the other side to ge the other 2 photos, even though I wanted to go home, I stayed and got what I think are some great photos.

These are all shot at different settings, I wanted to get the starburst effect on the lights on the ship and good movement on the clouds.

What one is your favorite out of the 3?

Bap Union Aerial Shots at Sunset

This is the BAP Union. Its a training Navi ship from Peru. It is the second largest sail ship in the world. It made a stop here in Miami and today it leaves for Mexico.

This ship looks like something out of a movie, more like a Pirates Ship, and it is absolutely stunning. I was lucky enough to take a tour on the ship and see the interior of this incredible master piece.

You can see the craftsmanship thoroughout the ship and the pride that these sailors take on running this vessel is great.

I will be posting more on this on the next few days. I will start with all these aerial shots from this insane sunset. These were all shot with my DJI Phantom.
