Miami Skyline

Good morning people, here is one I shot a couple days ago of the Miami Skyline. My dad and I went out there to take some pix and just enjoy the beautiful city lights. It was awesome. I shot all long exposures this particular night, the magic number was 3 minutes and 40 seconds. I managed to shoot ten pix in about an hr. I liked this one best. Below is a video of the edit.

How to fix leaning buildings

How to fix leaning buildings:

Good morning people, here is a shot of Miami taken a bit after sunset from Brikell Key. I love shooting from this place, just like any other place here in Miami, its just beautiful. You can walk around the entire island and just have an amazing relaxing time watching the sunset.

Below is a video I made on how to straighten out leaning buildings. If you look at my photos a lot of them have this leaning distorted look to them, I do that on purpose because I really like that look, I think it looks cool, almost comic bookish. If you hate that look, and I know lots of people do, its easy to fix. You can fix it in the field by adjusting your position, either going up or down or by doing this on post. Do you like this look? Let me know in the comments below.

Why should I shoot RAW?

Why should I shoot RAW?

Lots of people always ask me this question and other people always wonder. The answer is simple, when you shoot RAW you have so much more information on your images, if you over expose and image or under expose it you can save it and bring it back to life. You can also do so much more with it in post production, basically you have complete control of your images.

In this video I will show you how to manipulate a completely underexposed image using Lightroom 5. Note that you can do this in just about any editing software out there.
