Best Camera Settings For Landscape Photography

What are the best camera settings for landscape photography? This is a question often asked by people just getting into landscape photography. This is a hard question to answer as there are not “perfect” settings.

That is the beauty of shooting in manual mode, you can completely control your camera, therefore you can control the entire scene. These settings are a good starting point for anyone that is into landscape photography and does not know where to start. I live by these settings and when in doubt, this is where I go.

How I came up with the best camera settings for landscape photography was by pure trial and error. The more I experiment with the light, the elements and my camera settings, the more I come back to these particular settings.

These settings will get you started on the right foot. If you have ever wondered what the best camera settings for landscape photography are, then this video will clear things up. Always remember to experiment and think outside the box. Imagine the photo before clicking the shutter and try to put that image on film. (digital now a days)

Miami Marine Stadium

I started going to the Abandoned Miami Marine Stadium when I first moved here about 7 years ago. It was such a cool place to hang out at.

At the time this place was wide open, meaning only taggers, photographers, film makers and very few people went to it. It was an epic place to hang out at. I have lots of great memories of this incredible place.

History:
This was a venue where they held boat races and other awesome events. It was the first one of its kind and a beautiful stadium to say the least.

The Miami Marine Stadium was damaged by hurricane Andrew in 1992, and it never reopened its doors. It is such a shame because it is such a beautiful place in an incredible location.

Multiple people have attempted to raise money to fix the place and reopen it, but nothing has happened.

They have built a fence around the place and have a full-time security guard on duty now. Making it impossible to get in. It’s a shame that the place is completely off-limits to everyone. It was such a great place for creatives around the world.

What is the summer solstice

What is the summer solstice? Well this is my favorite time of the year. I have created a video to explain exactly what it is, but basically it is when the sun reaches its most Northern point from the equator. It is also the longest day of the year.

I love summer, to me it represents the start of my favorite season. Check out the video below.
