Las Vegas Shooting

Today is a very sad day. I woke up only to find out that there had been a shooting in Las Vegas Nevada. It is so sad to see all the violence going on in the world today. We need to change, we need to be kinder to one another and to spread smiles and love, not hate.

I can rant on for hours about this, instead, I made a small video. My heart goes out to all the people affected by this terrible tragedy.

The Paris, Las Vegas Nevada

One of the many great things about Las Vegas is that you can visit Paris anytime you want while visiting Vegas. Here is a shot of The Eiffel Tower in the middle of the dessert. This is a replica of the original, its a lots smaller but it looks awesome. I didn’t go to the top of this one, I figured I would save it for my next trip. I always wonder how people think of this sort of thing… (Hey lets build a mini Paris) ok lets… Must be nice to have that type of budget :)

I shot this from the side walk of the Bellagio right in front of the amazing fountains (another incredible thing you must see while staying in Las Vegas)

Las Vegas Strip

Like with all of my travels I usually start with all the touristy spots, you know the places you see on tv, the stuff you read about on the plane in that funky magazine, the places you hear about as a kid. Im not sure why but I love all the touristy stuff, I mean how could you not? You have only been hearing about it for years. I hear more photographers than not say the complete opposite, not me I absolutely love it, specially in good company. Don’t get me wrong, I love going off the grid and getting my self into some scary situations but for the most part I love touristy spots. The Golden Gate, The Empire Estate Building, you know? How could you not???

Here is Las Vegas Strip, as touristy as it gets, I can walk up and down this place for a year and get a million cool photos, this place is just cool. This was shot from my room at the Cosmo from the 68th floor. After a few weeks driving staying in crappy motels, (nothing wrong with that) I had to treat my self to awesomeness on the last day of my trip.

Spread the love peeps, pick up a camera lets go tell stories…

Road to Vegas

Road to Vegas;
I was going thought an old hard dirve and found lots of cool photos, here is one from right outside Las Vegas, it was on one of many cross country trips I have taken, and I cant wait to take more. I remember this particular day, it was so cold but the mountains just looked amazing, I had to stop and check them out. I pulled over and ran to the middle of the road and took a few shots. Click on the image to see it in full ress. On a different note one of my photos got chosen by Popular Photography to be the photo of the day.
