Photo editing can be a challenge, I know that first hand. When I first started editing I had no idea what I was doing. All the editing programs I was using were very confusing and I was completely overwhelmed and lost.

In this Photo Editing Course, I cover all of the Lightroom develop module along with some awesome tricks. This cool tricks will help you speed up your workflow and develop your own style.
Let me take you back to the beginning. Every time I would go out to take photos I would come back and not have a clue as to what to do with them. I would upload them into Lightroom and I was completely overwhelmed with all the sliders.
I would spend hours behind the computer only to find my self frustrated because my images just didn’t look right. Some looked dull and crappy and some just overdone.
Fast forward 10 years. It took me a long time, but I finally arrived. Once my editing was on point, I started attracting the right clients, such as Nikon, National Geographic, Corona, and Volvo just to name a few.
In this course, I cover a wide range of photography genres. From portraiture to landscape photography and everything in between. I believe it’s important to be a well-rounded photographer and editor, this way you attract high paying clients.
After many years as a photographer and making a great living at it, I can tell you that editing is the other half. Meaning the editing must be just as good as your photography.
Editing takes practice, patience, repetition, and knowledge. With this course, I will have you editing like a pro in no time at all.

Recently they announced Luminar 4 and I finally got to try it out for the first time. The thing I was most excited about was the AI sky replacement. I didn’t really know how it was going to work, but when I received the software it took me seconds to replace the sky in the image below. There really is nothing to it. It is so easy to use that anyone can do it.
This is only one feature of the new software. They also changed the entire look and feel of it making it easy to work with and keeping things more organized. How do you use the contrast slider in Lightroom? The best Lightroom tool that almost always gets underused by most photographers especially beginner photographers is the contrast tool. It is an intimidating tool because if used incorrectly, you can potentially destroy your image.
The contrast tool is my favorite tool to finish an image with. Once I edit a photo the way I like it, (landscape, portrait or any kind of image) I always go to my contrast slider to finish it up.
Contrast makes the photo look real, it makes it look like a finished image. If you are ever in doubt of how to edit a photo or what you need to do to an image to make it pop, always go to the contrast slider.
When you watch the video below, you can see that the image above looks really good after I edited it and before I touched it up. However, once I brought up the contrast the photograph came alive. It made it look so much better. Like a suit without a tie, the contrast slider is the tie to finish off the suit.
Contrast is just as important as anything else, but I always give it a bit more love than all the other sliders. Contrast brings the colors of an image together, it darkens the right spots and it makes your sky pop.
When you use contrast correctly in combination with all the sliders in Lightroom, you will see a very large difference in your images.
Contrast should always be adjusted in all of your images. Once you start to do it and getting familiar with it, you will see there is nothing to fear.

In this video I will show you how to clean up a beach scape using some basic but effective sliders. You will see that making a goal adjustments and a few local adjustments can dramatically change an image.
In this video I will show you how to edit a photo from start to finish using local adjustments only. I have never done this before but wanted to challenge my self to do this and get a result I would be happy with. I think I have achieved that. I also explain my thought prosess and how you might use this tools to beautify your photos.
