Burning Man 2015, what a weird crazy year just like the rest of them. I could go on and on and on ranting about Burning Man, but I think you rather look at the photos and try to figure out wtf happened. Here are some of my favorite photos from Burning Man 2015.

This is the last photo I took as we were leaving the burn. It was amazing getting to the hotel taking a long hot shower and sleeping in a real bed before driving back to Texas then jumping on a plane to Miami…
Here is a short poem I wrote in a hotel room a few weeks ago. I paired it up with this photo of the temple burning out at Burning Man a few weeks back. Actually this was born from looking at this photo while putting some words together…
Everything goes up in flames
the good the bad and even the strange days
the heart breaks and the tears
even your biggest fears
You don’t have to worry
this is all too temporary
just keep walking slowly
towards the mortuary

Below are 15 out of many reasons there is for you to get off your ass and get to Burning Man next year. Yes you!!!!
1. Because its weird, I mean really weird, but a good weird.
2. Because its unlike anything else in this planet. Don’t ask !!!
3. Because you will see art very few eyes in this world will ever see, and by the end of the week, it will all burn to ashes.
4. Because it will test your every sense, even the 6th one.
5. Because the most beautiful people hang out there.
6. Because you are Burning Man, you don’t choose to participate you are the event.
7. Because for one week out of the year you and your friends have zero responsibility, zero connection with the outside world and anything goes.
8. Because you will meet people from all over the world and actually keep in touch with them.
9. Because its a reason to party.
10. Because you like to be naked.
11. Because taking a nap in the middle of the desert in 100 degree weather is just fine.
12. Because you want to be weird, express your self without judgment.
13. Because you can talk to God!
