Confused about Fine Art Photography?
Lest start by answering a less confusing question. What is photography? Photography is the Art, Science, and Practice of Creating Images by Recording Light.
Your camera is merely a mechanism to record the light around you. The camera is an extension of your eyes, with the ability to record the light into a memory card and a piece of paper, therefore, saving it forever.
Fine Art Photography
What is Fine Art Photography? This is a question I often get. The definition can be different for different people.
We all have different taste, different views on life, mixed emotions, and the meanings are going to be something different for all of us. To put it in simple terms Fine Art Photography is an image that is pleasing to the eyes.
For the last ten years, I have been working on perfecting my craft. It has been an incredible 10 years, and I would not trade them for anything. Photography has taken me all over the world, where I have met some of the most amazing people that have touched and compellingly changed my life.
During the last ten years, my primary focus has been devoted to my craft. Do not get me wrong photography is something I will always be trying to improve and still practice developing. I am a perfectionist.
Having worked with National Geographic and some of the biggest brands in the world I have developed a style and know exactly what I like, what I can do with my camera and where my passion lies.
I am entirely devoted to creating images that I love, and you can hang in your home and office.
The reason I created my store, is to bring this vision, quality, and beauty to your home and office. I have a very large collection of images from around the world, and as I continue to travel, I keep adding photos on a daily basis to this incredible gallery.
My purpose is to bring you Fine Art Photography at affordable prices but retain the quality I am known for.
When you take one of my images home, you are not just hanging any picture, you are bringing part of me into your home. My passion, my values, my eyes and the vision of the beautiful world we live in. This is something I want to share with the world and translate that harmony into your walls.
These images are printed on the best possible materials and delivered to your front door ready to hang. To learn a bit more check out the new site and please share it with your friends and social media.
How to start a photography blog, a guide from start to finish.
One of the best ways to showcase your photos and show them to the world to is by starting a photography blog. What does that mean? A photography blog is a place to share your photos, your feelings, your ideas, and really anything you want.
Think of a blog as a timeline of your photography life. You will be able to look back on it and see how far you have come in your photography.
There are many reasons to start a photography blog, but in my opinion, the best reason is to help your business and help you make money. By starting a blog and posting frequently, you will start to rank well on Google and therefore help you with your photography business. Being at the top of page searches you are guaranteed to be in front of potential customers first.
If you are just a hobbyist, you can keep track of your photo albums and share those with your friends in a nice and organized way. What are the best photography coffee table books for inspiration? Not a question people often ask, however they should.
I have a really nice collection of photography books. I keep some on my coffee table, when people come over they pick them up immediately and next thing you know, we strike up a conversation about photography and inspiration.
Looking at a photo on a screen is one thing, but looking at a photograph on paper is an entirely different story. It draws you into the story, making it a much more personal experience.
I often sit in my office and go through this books, especially when I need a creative boost. I find that it is so easy to sit in front of a computer and scroll through photos, but that gets me a bit frustrated. To sit in a quiet place and opens up a book to check out some amazing photos is an entirely different experience. It gets my creative juices flowing and that makes all the difference.
By the time I get done going through images in a book, I can Harley wait to get my hands on my camera, hit the streets and start taking some photos. It works every time. These three should get you started with a very nice collection of some incredible photography books. Soon after you look through these, you are going to want to publish your own. Do you have a photo book collection? What is your favorite photography book to look through?
